For those that like to soak in some culture and try something new, Japan is the perfect destination. Over the years, the country has separated from much of the World; with their modern culture becoming very different. Of course, this isn’t to say that their history is dull, either. The reality is that Japan has something for everyone; from high-tech cities to beautiful landscapes. And, to help you get some cravings, this post will be exploring it all. So, now, you just have to get your flights booked and get a move on.

To start, it’s impossible to ignore Japan’s famous Mount Fuji. This is an active volcano, and it’s conveniently close to Tokyo. Most people will be taken aback by the beauty and splendor of the area surrounding the mountain. And, the mountain itself will take your breath away. Along with this, Japan is also home to some beautiful forests. Be careful, though; their hornets are extra big, and they don’t like people! Japan is also home to some incredibly picturesque lakes and rivers. Most of their most stunning areas are protected to the point that unnatural looking structures can’t be built in them. And, this makes for an uninterrupted scope of pure and heavenly grace. Japan isn’t just forest and mountains, though. It’s also home to some of the most vibrant cities in the World. In these places, cultural extremes are taken to a whole new level by some. This gives you the chance to explore some completely fresh ideas.

Tokyo itself is the place to stay when you first visit Japan. This will give you a good taste of the country, without causing too much culture shock. A lot of the residents in the city can speak English. So, you’ll be able to communicate with ease. And, you’ll find loads of tours and other ways to get out into the countryside. Hotel New Otani can be found in the heart of Tokyo. And, it offers most of the normal conveniences you’d find in a hotel at home. So, it’s a great place for those anxious about the change of scenery. Or, you could try something different; going on a Japanese food adventure will see you in loads of different places. And, it will enable you to soak up the biggest part of culture there is; food.

Now, it’s time to think about the fun you’ll have when you’re out there. A lot of people will be content with sightseeing. But, you will need help to do this. You can either rent a vehicle and deal with the roads. Or, you could book yourself in with a tour group and have them take you to different places. Either way, you will have the chance to cover loads of ground in a short time. Thankfully, Japan is a small country. So, you have the chance to see loads of it without much effort.

Hopefully, this will give you a good idea of what there is to do in Japan. A lot of people avoid countries like this through the fear that they won’t fit in. But, you won’t know; if you don’t try. So, it’s best to forget about your concerns and simply go for it.
