I have been living in Metro Manila for over six years. I used to rent a space in a dormitory, one room in an apartment and now in a 24th floor shared condo unit with friends. The proximity to my previous work situated in one of the busiest business districts around is always my priority whenever I decide where to move next. Not only that, they also believe that they are the first in the country to have a complete facility for a metro - like standard of living because they have their own shopping center, a hospital, a K-12 integrated school (preschool, elementary to high school), a BPO hub (for employment purposes), a chapel which is the biggest I have ever seen of its kind, clubhouse and recreation center. I mean, wow, what more can you ask for?
How much are the rates of the house and lots?
Very affordable! They have a bare up-and-down house with two bedrooms and a bathroom for close to a million peso only. It is really up to you whether you want a townhouse or a single - attached type. The rates vary according to the floor area, lot area, the number of bedrooms and bathrooms etc so I suggest you have to see this yourself.
