I have been living in Metro Manila for over six years. I used to rent a space in a dormitory, one room in an apartment and now in a 24th floor shared condo unit with friends. The proximity to my previous work situated in one of the busiest business districts around is always my priority whenever I decide where to move next. But recently thoughts of finding a house and lot outside Manila is starting to sink in. I realized I am not getting any younger anymore and sooner or later I will be having my own family. I grew up in the province where I enjoyed playing outdoors. I want my future kids to experience the same, not spending the whole childhood in a limited space of a high rise building.

I often hear Cavite being dubbed as the "Bedroom Capital of Manila" because a lot of real estate properties are found here. Of course the developers behind these who spent billions of pesos won't throw a single cent if they knew that Cavite is not worth it.
Where in Cavite?
In Lancaster New City. It is a township and said to be the first of its kind in the Philippines occupying more than 1, 000 hectares located at Imus, Kawit and Gen. Trias. If you have no idea of this size, just imagine this is bigger than BGC (Bonifacio Global City).
Not only that, they also believe that they are the first in the country to have a complete facility for a metro - like standard of living because they have their own shopping center, a hospital, a K-12 integrated school (preschool, elementary to high school), a BPO hub (for employment purposes), a chapel which is the biggest I have ever seen of its kind, clubhouse and recreation center. I mean, wow, what more can you ask for?
How much are the rates of the house and lots?
Very affordable! They have a bare up-and-down house with two bedrooms and a bathroom for close to a million peso only. It is really up to you whether you want a townhouse or a single - attached type. The rates vary according to the floor area, lot area, the number of bedrooms and bathrooms etc so I suggest you have to see this yourself.

You only need to take the Manila Via CAVITEX route, it is only 20 minutes away from MOA.
