Since I have been a few times now to Legazpi city, I'd like to share this post to anyone commuting via jeepney routes for Daraga, Legazpi and Albay town proper. After graduating in college and working here, I have already forgotten the common routes especially from Daraga to Legazpi (from Irosin, Sorsogon the bus stops from Daraga, I take another jeep to Legazpi where the airport is is).
I do think this is very helpful for commuters, students who hail from different parts of Sorsogon and Albay province who goes to Legazpi city to study and of course to those travellers, tourists and backpackers like me.
JEEPNEY ROUTES
DARAGA – LEGAZPI
DARAGA – LEGAZPI LOOP 1
Starts from the corner of Brgy. Bonot going to Brgy. Bogtong to Banag in Daraga to Legazi City via Rizal St. back to Brgy. Bonot in Legazi City.
DARAGA – LEGAZPI LOOP 2
Starts from the corner of Brgy. Bonot to downtown Legazpi City via Penaranda St. then turns right to Ramon Santos St., to Quezon Ave., to Trylon then turns right to right to Rizal St., going towards Daraga then right to Banag to Binitayan then back to Legazi City via Tagas, Bogtong and Bonot.
DARAGA – LEGAZPI A
Starts from Arimbay to downtown Legazpi City, turns right to Ramon Santos St., to Quezon Ave., to Los Banos Ave., to F. Imperial to Barriada to Gogon to Cruzada to F. Aquende Drive to Penaranda Park to Rizal St., going to Daraga.
Turnaround from Daraga to Legazi City via Rizal St., left to Mabini St., to Rizal St., extension to Elizondo St., left to Ramon Santos St., right to Penaranda St., to Arimbay.
DARAGA – LEGAZPI B
Starts from Arimbay, Rawis, Bonot turns right at the corner of Ramon Santos St., to F. Imperial St., passing the side of Pacific Mall to Rizal St., going to Municipality of Daraga.
Turnaround from Daraga back to Legazpi City passing Vinzons St., to Albay Astrodome to Brgy. Gogon, Barriada to Alternate Road going to Gaisano to Rizal St. turn left to Lapu-Lapu St. Penaranda St., straight to Arimbay.
DARAGA – LEGAZPI (Tahao Road)
From Daraga, passing Rizal St. turns left to Vel Amor Subd. Going to Tahao Road then turns right to Legazpi Grand Central Terminal passing Pacific Mall to Rizal St., turns left to Lapu-Lapu St., to Penaranda St., to Arimbay.
Turnaround from Arimbay to Legazpi via Ramon Santos St., to Pacific Mall to Legazpi grand Central Terminal, Tahao Road, Vel Amor Subd. to Rizal St. to Daraga.
DARAGA – LEGAZPI (Alternate Road)
From Banag, Daraga to Rizal St., left to Vinzons St., to F. Aquende Drive turns right to Alternate Road beside Aquinas University Hospital to Pacific Mall to Rizal St., left to Lapu-Lapu St., to Penaranda St., to Arimbay.
Turnaround from Arimbay to Penaranda St., turns left to Ramon Santos St. to Quezon Ave., to Pacific Mall to Alternate Road turns left to F. Aquende Drive turns right to Vinzons St., going to towards Rizal St. to Daraga.
DARAGA – LEGAZPI

There you go, this is it. I figure out this simple guide of wandering around is very handy to those planning a legazpi city day tour itinerary, looking for legazpi albay tour package. The two tourist spots that are out of the way are Cagsawa ruins in Albay and the Lignon hills in Legazpi city.
