I'm no fan of beauty pageants and beauty titles but since these are a big thing here in the Philippines, I fully support these kinds of advocacies that combine beauty and talent in a good way. On December 21, 2015, the whole country was screaming with joy when Miss Philippines, Pia Wurtzbach won the title after 42 years since the last rePresentative of ours did it.
I was particularly checking her news while inside her pad in New York. Not really to know about her but more of seeing New York in her eyes. There are three cities I really dream to be: London, Paris and New York though I have said to myself these are as far as impossible. I am fine and happy seeing fellow Filipinas and friends to see their photos there.
Pia Wurtzbach is finally going back to Manila for a homecoming celebration of winning Miss Universe 2015. Aside from the fame and money, I know her one year of reign will bring her to dozens, if not hundreds of countries. I am taking a 13 - hour bus ride to Manila tomorrow, hopefully to get a glimpse of her when she comes. I am not sure though since I may be busy moving to the apartment of my brother in Makati.

" Motorists and commuters are advised to avoid the following roads on January 25 starting 2 p.m.: Hotel Sofitel to V. Sotto, Jalandoni, Bukaneg, Padre Burgos, N. Lopez, A. Villegas, Taft Avenue, Quirino Avenue, Roxas Blvd., Buendia, Ayala Ave. up to Rustan, Novo Hotel and EDSA".
If possible go home or report to work as early as you can before you find yourself trapped in the traffic because of the homecoming of 2015 Miss Universe Pia Wurtzbach.
UPDATE: The Filipina mom of Pia Wurtzbach has arrived, Cheryl Alonzo Tyndall from London to join the grand homecoming of her daughter Miss Universe Pia Wurtzbach.
