They say one way of starting a new year is to plan it ahead of time especially if you love to travel like me. This isn't a big deal to me already since I am freelance and I work online. I don't need to file a leave in advance just to go somewhere because I can carry my tasks with me. I just need a good wifi connection and a laptop plus smartphone. However please don't be envious, there are pros and cons as well. What I have in my job, you'll probably have it better or vice versa.

As always for Eidul Fitr and Eidul Adha, the dates aren't available yet because it will depend on the Islamic calendar or astronomical connections. The National Commission on Muslim Filipinos (NCMF) is the one in - charged to know when are the official dates for these.
Update Malacañang, today, issued a memorandum suspending work in the government and private sector in Metro Manila on 28 April 2017.
There will also be suspension of government work in the cities of Pasay, Makati and Manila on 27 April 2017 due to the 30th #ASEAN Summit.
This Philippine holiday list for 2017 is effective immediately as per the proclamation. So there you go guys, hope you are now planning when and where is your next getaway!
