The Philippine International Hot Air Balloon is one of the most colorful and most - awaited festivals near Manila is happening on February 9, 10, 11 & 12. I have seen this myself two years ago and it is completely mesmerizing. Though I wasn't able to ride the actual hot air balloon because it is too expensive, just watching it float and happened to witness someone proposing, I would always say yes to anyone asking me to join them. While the 2017 Philippine International Hot Air Balloon Fiesta Itinerary & Schedule Of Activities isn't available yet, we'll show you how to do it DIY - way.
There is a report that this could be the last Hot Air Balloon Festival to be held in Clark, Pampanga because the space will be utilized to give way for the Clark International Airport's full operation so this could be your last chance.

📝ITINERARY FOR PHILIPPINE HOT AIR BALLOON FESTIVAL 2017
4AM - Commute to Trinoma (Ask the guards nalang if saan yun terminal to Clark. It's inside the mall sa may tabi ng Mercury Drug, tapat ng Mcdo Mindanao Ave.)
4:30AM - Off to Clark (Travel time: 1-2hrs) 1 bus lang so limited seats kaya dapat maaga kayo!
6AM - Hot Air Balloon Festival!!! 🎈🎈
‼️TIPS: If naka car kayo or private van, be early!! Kasi ang habaaaaa ng pila as in oa! And parking pa. We saw other people na nag camp inside, pero not sure if how. Nakakapagod pero worth it naman 😊
Be early kasi yun Hot Air Balloons morning ang take off (6:30am) then afternoon na babalik. Meron din silang night show keme for afternoon guests.
Other flying or aerial shows after the take off are worth seeing din 🚁. You can also bring/buy kites then magpalipad kayo. Bring mats and umbrellas para pwede mag chill around Clark.
Food: Pahirapan maghanap ng food outside (pero may food naman inside, trip lang talaga namin mag resto sa labas😂) since jam packed ang tao. Better bring baon + water. If you can, try to book seats ahead sa malapit na restaurants. Or kain ng early lunch (wag sumabay ng 12nn) Or waiting kayo for 30mins+ like us. 😂😂
