Terms and Conditions

•  Itinerary is subject to change depending on the flight details, local weather and traffic condition without prior notice
•  All rates are quoted in US Dollars per person basis. All rates are nett and non commissionable. 
•  Booking must be sent at least 7 days prior to departure. Failure to pay by the dateline set on our official confirmation will result in auto release of all confirmed services. Any re-instatement of booking will be subject to space availability.  
• This package is applicable for minimum of 2 adults travelling together. 
• Child Policy: 2 years old and below - Infant / 3 - 11 years old - Child / 12 years old and above - Adult. Please be reminded that sneak in are not allowed as a standard rule, so sneak in person should refrain from proceeding to the front desk, upon check-in. Just present the passport of the lead name in the booking, no need to show the tour voucher. Failure to comply will client’s own risk for charges incur. Please be aware and careful of the Peak Day Surcharge and Weekend Surcharge in the tariff. 
• Upon booking, please provide the name of the guest(s) (same as in passport), travel date and state which package in the tariff for faster confirmation. Hotels need at least one name to hold one room. All passport and flight details of the passenger(s) must be submitted once the booking is guaranteed. On day/last minute notice of the flight details will be considered as the passenger will go to hotel on their own arrangement. 
• For any flight change without at least 24 hours notice given, an additional charge of USD 15/pax shall be applied for re-arrangement of SIC transfer. Please remind the guest(s) that they should be in the lobby on time for the city tour pick up. We will not be held liable if they fail to catch the seat-in-coach resulting to their failure to join city tour and no special transfer will be provided. 
• Package is applicable for Philippine passport holders only. All foreign passport holders will incur a surcharge of US$30 per person. Failure to advise/inform us upon finalization of the booking, it will be automatically charged to the account of the agent. We cannot collect directly from the pax, it is your responsibility to inform them of such. This is for FIT (Frequent Individual Travellers) booking only. 
• All transfers and tours are on seat in coach basis. No seat in coach available for the flight landed after 2130 hrs or between 2200 hrs to 0700 hrs. In the event of flight delay arriving after 2130 hrs or failure to arrive on our designated post at 2130pm sharp, passengers are required to make their own way going to hotel. Waiting time is maximum of 1 hour after the flight landed. Failure to show up in the designated post, pax need to go to the hotel on their own arrangement and no refund for the transfer fee. 
• Airport and hotel transfer service is on "Sit In Coach" basis. Guests have to wait for maximum of 45-60 minutes for the coach depending on the situation that day. Only one (1) piece of luggage (standard size) per payable passenger. Exceeded luggage is charged at USD 3 per piece per way & subject to availability of space on the coach. Driver has absolutely the right to reject any oversized or exceeded luggage. 
• Hotel standard check in time is at 1400 hrs and standard check out time is 1100 hrs. Late checkout is subject to room availability but not later than 1400 hrs. Late checkouts will automatic charge one more night. 
• No outside breakfast for hotels in Hong Kong side & Disneyland Hotels. Rates are not applicable during peak & blackout periods. In case of non-availability of the preferred hotel, similar category will be offered. 
• All rates are based on the lowest category of rooms. Additional charge shall be collected for room upgrade request. No refund will be extended for any unused services or tickets. For the pax who cannot pass the immigration in the International airport, the tour fare is non-rebookable, non-transferrable & non-refundable. 
• Whenever pax did not join the compulsory city tour, all free tour like Disney, Ocean Park & Macau will automatically be forfeited and no refund will be made. Please remind the guest(s) regarding the compulsory tipping of USD 7 per person after the city tour in each destination (Hong Kong, Macau & Shenzhen). 
• If pax did not pay after the tour, it will be charged to the account of the agent. In case of force majeure eg. Emergency, accident, storm, rally, typhoon etc. which are beyond our control, VIA Philippines will not be liable to any surcharges/penalties imposed by the hotel and other suppliers. As an international practice, during check-in in every hotel, need an incidental deposit which is refundable. Kindly remind the guest(s) to bring extra for this matter. Incidental deposit may vary depending on which hotel/hotel category they will be staying. Other hotel might require cash or credit card. All bookings are subject to advance reservation and room space availability upon point of booking made only. All room category and bedding are subject to availability upon check in.
