That's why when the opportunity to visit Happy Farm Villas came up, I didn’t hesitate to say yes. Here, there are no neighboring resorts—just the presence of expansive rice fields, mountain views and few neighboring houses that make this a truly private retreat. Guests can enjoy karaoke in a private, sound-insulated room, limited to specific hours to preserve the calm environment around the villa as well as not cause any noise to neighbors.

Though as someone who worked with few accommodations in the marketing side, I think for the hot spring inside this private villa to stand out among other private villas in Laguna, instead of the common swimming pool look, maybe transform it to a lagoon-like shape complete with peeble finishes. A cascading waterfall that create a serene, nature-inspired oasis is a great addition. At first glance it looks a typical swimming pool. Unless accompanied by caption, it won't say it is hot spring water.

Pets are allowed in Happy Farm Villas regardless of breed or sizes.
The cuddly kitten featured here is either a stray or belongs to the neighboring house of Happy Farm Villas. She sneaked in and joined us all throughout our stay. She was very playful, asked for some food and accompanied us like she knew us from the start! I wish to bring this kitten back home but I am already feeding 8 stray cats outside our building. Hope this kitten ultimately make Happy Farm Villas her furever home. She is very socialized - she can certainly share some good vibes to future guests of this villa. FYI. The mere presence of cats ward off snakes and rats. If there are stray cats in your vicinity that are not destructive in nature - let them stay.

An Ideal Location Near Pansol’s Attractions
Happy Farm Villas is only a short drive away from Pansol’s hot spring resorts, but without the hustle and bustle, offering guests the best of both worlds. The overall looks for now is a bit outdated since this is a newly acquired property by the owners who are slowly doing renovations one step at a time. The property in the right side will be an extension since the owners also have acquired this lot too. There will be more amenities to come. Also, I think this villa needs a glow up like adding some colorful loungers, flowering plants, vibrant cushions, string lights at night and even cute lanterns adorning the swimming pool.
Located along the road, Happy Farm Villas do not have a signage yet outside. Just find the one with main door painted in white. It is in front of an empty driveway with a backdrop of rice fields. If you know someone who is looking private petfriendly Airbnb with a natural hot spring in Laguna, Happy Farm Villas is no doubt the top one I am happy to recommend.
