Vida Yoga PH, one of the newest yoga studios in Manila recently marked its first anniversary with a whole-day celebration at its BGC branch, located in Arya Residences. This event highlighted the studio’s commitment to fostering a wellness-focused community, offering a variety of free activities, giveaways, and experiences for attendees. Vida Yoga PH is a yoga studio in BGC that offers classes from beginner to experienced yogis.
The anniversary celebration featured FREE Bespoke Curated Yoga classes like Detox Flow, Abs, Vinyasa, Inferno Hot Pilates, and even Upside Down yoga. There is a Biohacking Wellness Area that offered cold plunge sessions, sauna therapy, and Exercise With Oxygen Therapy (EWOT). I really appreciated the sauna use by Oasis Home Philippines because it is something I want to do. I have no extra clothes so the cold plunge session was not for me. The EWOT unfortunately happened before I arrived in the venue. Infrared sauna like this one is known for its detoxification benefits, as it helps the body eliminate toxins, improve circulation, and promote overall well-being, which are essential for achieving a long and healthy life.
The day before this I had weightlifting session with my personal gym coach so I did not chose any physical activities since I can still feel that my muscles are still sore. I chose Kirtan Music and Sound Healing session, a soulful and immersive experience that I was so lucky to be part of. The live music performance brought the essence of yoga to life, creating a serene environment that complemented the meditation beautifully. Sonos, exclusively distributed by MOD Audio in the Philippines, provided outstanding sound quality, making the session even more captivating.
The Sound Journey, hosted by Centro Holistico, was another remarkable experience. Known for promoting integrative wellness, Centro Holistico facilitated a session that featured the soothing vibrations of Tibetan bells, gongs, and chimes. This meditative sound therapy helped participants achieve deep relaxation and self-healing, allowing for a profound sense of inner calm.
Vida Yoga’s in-house café, Life Cafe, made sure everyone was well-nourished with an array of complimentary refreshments such as smoothies and few cans of kombucha I was able to take home. Salad Stop also served many kinds of nutiritious salads for those who joined any of the classes. Some of us were able to take home DocChef Whole grain Superbread.
Vida Yoga also curated Mindful Market, where attendees eagerly explored an array of organic and health-conscious products that seamlessly aligned with a holistic lifestyle. The market was an undeniable hit, with participants thoroughly enjoying the natural offerings, which perfectly resonated with the vibrant energy of the community and enriched the overall experience of Vida Yoga’s first anniversary. Some of the brands I had a great time interacting with is Dr. Essentials Aromatherapy, Mr. Dental, EastWest Credit Card, and many others, making it a truly diverse experience where health, lifestyle, and wellness converged.
The one-year anniversary of Vida Yoga PH was more than just a celebration; it was an embodiment of community and holistic living. With its continuous efforts to bring wellness activities to Alabang, BGC, and beyond, Vida Yoga PH is set to inspire even more people on their journey to health and well-being in the years to come.
