ARE BGC BUSES PET-FRIENDLY?

 

Just today, I decided to go for a long walk around BGC so we can prepare for tomorrow which is Pet Express Doggie Fun Run 2025. However, our plan took a wrong turn when we saw the BGC bus in Market Market. I just asked Kuya Driver if pets are allowed in BGC bus because if yes, we will ride. Hindi ko inasahan na OO ang sagot ni Kuya Driver kaya ayun, napasakay kami ng wala sa oras. Aside from Beep cards, pwede na din ang debit/credit cards with Mastercard logo. Though di ko pa ito na-try ha kasi puro cards ko Visa. Pa-confirm na lang po sa mga Mastercard users sa comment section. BGC Bus Pet Guidelines

Dapat nasa loob ng bag or cage ang pets at nakalapag lang sa floor. I am not surprised kasi FREE of charge. Unlike sa pet-friendly bus ng Victory Liner na may sariling seat ang pet kasi may bayad equal to 1 adult passenger.

Hindi sanay si Ollie na nasa floor ng moving vehicle kaya nagpupumiglas lumabas. Sanay kasi sya pag nasa car nakaupo sa chair comfortably. Buti na lang talaga sumakay kami habang not peak hours. Hindi matao - halos nasa 50% lang ang sakay so hinayaan ko na lang muna.

Hindi pala available ang Beep cards right away sa mga MRT stations ha. May certain hours lang na mabibili and limited quantities pa so the best way is order online. Tinapon ko kasi mga luma ko na Beep cards na may expiration date. However, nalaman ko lately pwede pala ma-restore ang effectivity date niya. Kainis! 😄 Completely CASHLESS na sa BGC bus. Wala na din yung booth for reloading purposes. Via Beep app na lahat. Sana sa susunod, pwede na din Visa cards sa BGC bus at MRT/LRT stations.
